How do I join a family circle?
Ask the caregiver who set up the circle to invite you using your user ID. You'll find your user ID in Settings → Profile.
The app isn't sending notifications.
Go to your device Settings → Alz Space → Notifications and make sure they're enabled. Also check that Do Not Disturb is not active.
The AI companion isn't responding.
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, force-close the app and reopen it. The AI companion requires an active connection.
Can I use Alz Space on Android?
Yes. The Android build is distributed as an APK during beta rounds. Email alzspacecontact@gmail.com to request it.
How do I delete my account?
Email alzspacecontact@gmail.com with subject ‘Delete my account’. We'll permanently remove your data within 30 days.
Is Alz Space a medical device?
No. Alz Space is an early-access app and does not provide clinical advice or replace professional medical care.
Can I collaborate on the project?
